2. Why must I wait for an authorized LG engineer to unbox the appliance?
To safeguard transit damage claims and validate official warranties, LG India mandates that the carton seal be broken only by a brand-certified technician. If an appliance is unboxed by customers or unauthorized local labor and damage is found later, it cannot be certified under LG's Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) replacement policy.
3. Can I get a GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) invoice for my business?
Yes. If you operate a registered enterprise or institutional setup, simply provide your 15-digit GSTIN and registered business name at the time of purchase or order confirmation. We will issue a formal B2B GST tax invoice.
