• B2B Input Tax Credit (ITC): Business customers requiring GST input credit must provide their valid 15-digit GSTIN and registered business legal entity name prior to invoice finalization. GST details cannot be altered once invoices are uploaded to the GST portal.
• Pricing Errors: In the rare event of an inadvertent typographical or software error on digital platforms, VPS Sales reserves the right to correct the quotation before confirming the transaction.

Why is this mandatory? In the rare circumstance that an appliance suffered hidden transit damage, the claim is only valid if verified by the brand technician on their official job sheet upon initial unboxing. Appliances unboxed by third parties or customers cannot be certified for Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) replacement.

All products sold by VPS Sales carry official manufacturer warranties provided directly byLG Electronics India Private Limited (or the respective brand):

Proof of Warranty: Your original computer-generated GST tax invoice issued by VPS Sales is your conclusive proof of purchase. Please preserve the invoice copy and the warranty card supplied in the box.

Standard Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from voltage spikes without recommended stabilizers, unauthorized tampering/repair by local technicians, physical breakage, liquid spills, pest infestation, or normal wear of plastic trays and cosmetic parts.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• VPS Sales operates as an authorized retail distributor. All technical product warranties, safety certifications, and performance guarantees are extended directly by brand manufacturers. VPS Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance downtime, local electrical power grid fluctuations, or manufacturer service delays.
• Force Majeure: VPS Sales shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failure of performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, floods, electrical grid failures, transportation strikes, civil disturbances, or state regulatory lockdowns.

These Terms and Conditions, all purchase transactions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchases at VPS Sales shall be governed by and construed in accordance with thesubstantive laws of India.

The parties mutually agree that any legal proceedings, consumer forum complaints, or arbitration arising out of transactions with VPS Sales shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.
